My father had this built 14 years ago. Perfect spot in secluded area with very nice neighbors just down the lane. On well water. Has septic tank. Emptied about 5 years ago. We use rid x every month. Satellite and antenna for local. nice 7.32 acres of land with a pond. My mom has decorated the inside. She is a professional decorator. New carpet in living room 2 years ago. furnace and air just checked out and charged. Been professionally sprayed for all bugs and have current termite inspection. The stucco on the outside is starting to wear though. Otherwise this is a very nice property and house ! Will post more pics after some mowing next week. Looking to sell this month.
