Just steps away from the stadiums, MOCAD, the DIA, Whole Foods, Wayne State, and the DMC. Two blocks from the Canfield Qline stop. The six-unit building was built in 1910. Spacious master suite, gorgeous fenced in garden backyard, great neighbors, one of the city's most beautiful blocks. Original wood floors throughout most of the unit (porcelain in kitchen, laminate in laundry room, tile in the bathrooms). Kitchen is dated, but functional has refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, microwave, and dishwasher. Laundry room (with washer and dryer) opens up onto the beautiful back yard, which is shared with the neighbors. Central air. You pay utilities, we pay HOA fee, which covers gardening and water. Street parking only, although there is a lot at the end of the street, if you wanted to rent a parking spot. We never did. Please note, master suite is much larger than 2nd bedroom (which opens up onto the hallway). One small dog permitted; sorry, no cats. No smoking indoors, but there is a small balcony off the back of the house. We're looking for a one year lease: $1750/month. First month, last month + security deposit ($1750) due up front (these can be split over the first 2 months). All prospective tenants are subject to screening and credit check. References and proof of employment required. There are several steps in the lobby, so unfortunately, the building is not handicap accessible.
