Your unit is two stories, with no one else living above or below. All living spaces are private. There is a shared carport and shared washer/dryer. The backyard is a big half acre with several young fruit trees. (Lemon, Jaboticaba, Tangerine, Avocado, Lychee, Mango, Fig, Grapefruit, Longan) You are welcome to the fresh fruit! There is a seasonal stream that borders the back yard. Sunset Orchard is on the highly desirable "dry side" of Waimea. When it does rain, its often a misty rain which creates an abundance of rainbows! Its upcountry location brings warm days and cool, starry nights. It's 5 minutes to Waimea town with the best schools and restaurants on the island. It's 10 minutes to the main hospital. It's just 15 minutes to some of the best beaches on the island. Everyone loves the perfect location of Waimea! Shared utilities cost is fixed each month as follows: 140 electric 50 water 50 Wifi 75 lawn service 135 GE Tax (+3500 rent) ________________________ $3,950 total monthly cost -Tenant responsible for refilling propane as necessary for on-demand hot water. -No USPS mail delivery to the house.
