There is a courtyard garden patio and outdoor balcony to sit, relax, enjoy the view, drink your morning coffee, or hang out with some friends. The apartment has blazing fast Sonic fiber gigabit internet with Eero Pro 6 mesh routers to connect all your devices and stream to your hearts content. Convenient Hue automated lighting has been installed throughout the apartment and a security system to ensure your safety. Heat, water, and an Apple TV device in your bedroom are included with the rent. The living room has a home entertainment system that includes most streaming services. Internet, electricity, and monthly house cleaning are not included in the rent but average about $150 per month. Secure storage space is available and there is plenty of safe on street parking in the neighborhood with no permits required. Laundry facilities are in the building and a small clothes dryer is available to use in the apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cooking supplies, pots and pans, and appliances with plenty of cupboards, shelves, refrigerator, and freezer space reserved to fill with your stuff. I use the half bath in the apartment and the full bathroom is shared for the shower only but otherwise would be yours to use exclusively. I've also recently installed in your bedroom new blackout drapes, a top-down bottom up blackout dual cellular honeycomb shade, and has been freshly painted. The bedroom is a spacious 14 1/2' x 11' with a large closet. Additional storage is available in the linen and coat closets. The bedroom is furnished with a mattress, bed frame with storage drawers, nightstand, and chair. If additional items are needed we can discuss. If you prefer an unfurnished the room can be emptied out for you. No pets are allowed and the building is a non smoking facility. There are regular SF apartment rules with quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am so there's no problem getting a good nights sleep. I am a Monday through Friday 9-5 working professional gay male in my 50's. I love to cook healthy meals and am quite skilled at it and enjoy the occasional shared meal with my roommate. I also love music, sci-fi, movies, art, tech, hiking, exploring the city, mountain biking, health and physical fitness, transit, cars and car maintenance, comedy, laughing, hanging, talking, and much more. I am super handy and will quickly fix any issues in the apartment as well as implement periodic upgrades and modifications. I'm a low-key chill easy-going person.
