The units are located in the Gatherings at East Greenwich active adult community on Currant Drive. Prices for the two bedroom, one bath units, will range from $71,888 to $108,854. The maximum household incomes permitted are $43,848 for a one person household, $50,112 for a two person household and $56,376 for a three person household,. Interested households will be required to submit a pre-application. Units will be deed restricted to ensure continued affordability.
