We anticipate being gone from the end of August 2026 to the end of July 2028. Tenant pays for all utilities at actual cost. Owner will carry property insurance, but tenant needs to carry renters insurance. Tenant will be screened on the basis of projected ability to make payments, expected lease time, and qualifications as a property manager. Zoning restricts number of unrelated people in rental, so this is a better fit for a family than a group of unrelated singles.
