Plus a newly installed all house fan... The bathroom is also new and connects to the room for complete privacy... Bathroom has a double sink, custom built in wall cabinets and more... The house has been fully remodeled. The kitchen is new - gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, gas fireplace and more. The washer dryer are state of the art Front Load as well.
