Our apartment is available for rent beginning February 15. This bright, renovated apartment is the top two floors of a townhouse from 1900, with 12 foot ceilings, wood floors and exposed wooden beams and brick, about 1800 square feet in total. The lower floor is completely open, with a big living area in the front, and an open kitchen and dining area in the back, with Viking stove, dishwasher and a new fridge, and marble counters (some photos are older but the one that show the marble counters are more recent). The back of the house is a wall of windows with double doors that open onto a deck. There is a half bath on this floor. Upstairs there are two equal-size bedroom rooms (on the smaller side, but each can fit a full bed) and a much bigger big bedroom that fits a queen or king. There is a walk-in closet off that bedroom with space for a desk. There another small room which could also be set up as an office or large walk-in closet (we used it as a nursery at one point). There is a bathroom with a shower off the big bedroom, and another bathroom with a tub and shower off the hallway. Both bathrooms have heated floors. There is also a washer/dryer. The floors have been replaced since most of these photos were taken and are now white oak (visible in kitchen photos). Close to Franklin and Nostrand Aves with all the stores, restaurants and bars you could want. Trains are the Franklin 2/3/4/5, Park Place S and Franklin C and Nostrand A.
