Three bedrooms and two full baths located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with great views out the back and no neighbors behind you. The home is located 2.9 miles from the Bloomington downtown square. There is easy and safe access to bike trails that will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go. Professionally insulated with newer windows and doors. Newer central air (a little over 2 years old). Roof/gutters are (approx. 4 years old). Home has newly refurbished oak floors throughout. New Whirlpool double door refrigerator. New Whirlpool dishwasher. New garbage disposal. New Whirlpool electric convection oven. New Whirlpool microwave. All appliance are black stainless steel. Home has an attached garage with electric door opener that will fit one car comfortably with a considerable amount of room for storage. The driveway is considerably wide and will easily fit two cars side by side, Newly built wood deck in back offers quiet, scenic views and ideal for plants, grilling or relaxing. There is also a "yard barn" in the backyard for additional storage. The house will be in move-in condition after the remaining renovation final touches. The yard, bushes, etc. will look like the posted photos again come early spring. You would be responsible for cutting or having the grass cut weekly (or as needed). There are several lawn companies already in the neighborhood. I do supply a self propelled lawn mower and it usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour. I prefer not to have pets but I understand they're often part of the family. I'm possibly willing to make allowances after speaking further. This house has been tastefully remodeled in neutral colors throughout, and in my opinion, is a very nice house that sits on one of the best lots on Fairway Lane. One last detail. There is a 4 person storm shelter that I had installed last year, which is located in the back yard. This house has been my personal home for a while now. It has been completely renovated and is almost ready to turn over. Tenant pays for water, gas, electricity and cost of lawn maintenance if they decide to hire a grass cutting company instead of using provided mower. No smoking inside house or garage. I would ask for first and last month's rent plus a $1,200 security deposit. I would be willing to break the security deposit up into 2 or 3 installments. I'm willing to consider a pet under certain circumstances and assurances.
