Very large house! Main floor has a marble entryway with front hall closet, living room dining room combination, 2 bedrooms, nice sized kitchen, and a marble bathroom with jetted tub. Walk through the atrium to get to back door, upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs has three bedrooms, one of which is a nice size master bedroom with an extra small room attached. We use it for storage but can have many other possible uses. There is also a sunken tub in the upstairs bathroom and a very nice sized walk in closet. The top part of the atrium is a room in itself that can be used as an office. We used it as a play area with an air hockey table. Off the atrium is an outside deck. Neighborhood Description This is a wonderful neighborhood with great neighbors all around. I have had block parties where people have come from blocks away to attend. People are friendly but not nosey. Area has mostly Jewish and Indian families. Everything you need is within walking distance. From food to a cleaners, fixing your car to a bus stop. There is a great park just two blocks away and another larger park just three blocks away. About a mile away is another park, Warren Park that always holds neighborhood events such as carnivals and food fairs. It also has a clubhouse with many activities as well as a skate ramp. Close to that park is another large park with animals, Indian Boundary, where you can see ducks roaming freely, have a picnic, or run through the sprinklers. That one also has a clubhouse with many activities.
