This unit is located 10 minutes from CHS international airport, 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and 30 minutes to the nearest beach. We are located in neighborhood of Dorchester rd down the street from the Airforce Base . We have pool access, a gym, on site laundry, strong wifi, cold AC and warm central heat and a dog park. The space has a king size bed in each room. Water included. Will need to place electric in tenants name. This a no smoking apartment. Owner pays water, renter pays cable and electric.$200.00 pet fee per pet staying at the apartment. No smoking in the unit. Owner will stop by once a month to ensure the unit is in order. Any furniture damage or broken during the stay renter will be charged an incidental fee of ($100-$500)depending on the item. Rent is to be paid on time and a late fee($300) will be charged for any rents received 5 days past due. Mid term leases available! Month to month, 3 month and 4 month leases available.
