Property values are constantly (excepting perhaps the current worse r.e. market in decades) as new owners add rooms, totally redo the interior, etc. Worthington has NO more building lots, so coupled with the convenience to all points in central Ohio, and attractive, well-build, solid homes, property demand can only increase over time. All the properties are well-kept. While some people are good friends with fellow Kilbourne Village residents, some, by choice, do not know the names of even their neighbors. All seem to be happy with their individual arrangements...and all are pleasant. 661 Seabury, as a corner lot property, is a perfect address if you like to meet lots of people (on their way to the service road/bike trail, Antrim Lake, etc.) or if you just like to see more activity than when situated back in the back. There are lots of dog walkers, and lots of bikers. In the winter there are even cross country skiiers. In the 12 plus years I have lived in this home, I have found very little to be unhappy about. The snow is plowed almost to frequently, leaf pickup is dependable, lawn waste, recycling materials, and garbage pickups are never missed and the guys always put the cans back on the curbs, rather than in the street. I would give it an A+.
