Northampton is a quiet neighborhood of about 60% custom homes. We have three pool and sports complexes, a beautiful 18 hole golf course, our own police station, and a recreation committee that hosts events in the recreation center. Across the street from the entrance are the high school and middle school which are walking distance from this house (1000'). The elementary school is also walking distance (1000') but it is inside the neighborhood which means you don't need to walk across the entrance street.
