Freshly painted interior, clean, very good condition. Brick front, central, FP, new DW, electric range with new vent-a-hood, washer/dryer (gas) connections inside rear entrance 2 car garage. Privacy wood fenced back yard with two gates. Easy walking to public transportation and Boone Elementary. Rent is due on the first. Grace period was abused by many, so discontinued. The p/day late fee is 5.00 dollars after initial 50.00 late fee. The neighbors left and right are good, one of them I've known for 20 plus years, no problems. No dog, cat or other hairy animals. 4. No dog or cat. 5. Did I mention that there are no dogs or cats allowed? No visiting dogs, helpless dogs, homeless dogs, lonely but friendly dogs, starving or sick dogs. No dogs that just need love. No dogs owned by relatives that are just there while relatives are on vacation. 6. Tenant will sign a statement that says if they move in a dog or cat they will be fined and pay 400.00 or be subject to immediate eviction. 7. No subleasing. Only those on the lease are allowed to live there. If you want visitors or relatives, fine and dandy but if I discover you've moved someone in, you will get a call or a visit from me. 8. One more thing, no dog or cat. 9. Last tenant agreed to no dog but changed his mind. He now has ten evictions and a writ on his record that will remain until Jesus comes back. 10. If I find you moved in a dog or cat, then eviction. Me and my guys will gently load you into your easy chair and place you curbside to the entertainment of neighbors and passer-bys.
