I'm looking to rent out the other half (we'd be roommates) of a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Has new carpet washer/dryer, dishwasher, & a full bathroom. Unit is quiet, on the end of the building, no neighbors to one side. I've managed to maintain a close friendship with the only neighbor unit. I've lived in this unit for over 3 years, you'll be sharing with a male, early 30's. Rental price includes all utilities (electric & cable internet) Sorry no partying, no pets, no children. Smoking is OK outside but the landlord requests it to go to the street. I'm a very easy going, after a day of work I tend to wind down playing online video games, & arguing with myself to go to the gym :) I also enjoy golf & fly-fishing. Just renewed a 1 year lease. Will go month to month with the right person.
