Most of this neighborhood is steel. - New tile in both downstairs baths - Newer granite counters in kitchen - Big back yard w/ storage building - Two attic accesses - Great neighborhood / one entrance / very little traffic - Near highways / Walmart / new mixed-use development being built (Where my Aldi fans at?) - Great floorplan with master suite downstairs and large game room up. - Separate den, formal living, and dining rooms The not so good: - The interior needs some TLC throughout. My parents have not been able to care for it recently. - The carpet needs replaced. I already removed one section because it was stinky. - Interior needs paint. Instead of painting they lowered the listing price. - There are two ovens, one does not work. - There are two microwaves, one does not work. All other appliances work.
