EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: 2 months recent paystubs. In good standing with at least 1 year of consecutive job history or offer letter from new employer. Employment verification to be confirmed. DEBT: No excessive debt which may impact applicant(s) ability to pay rent. No bankruptcy within past 3 years BACKGROUND: No sex offender registration obligations
