These share a large hall bath with double sinks and a tub-shower combination. On the west side of the home is the Master Suite with a king bed, resort backyard views, and a giant TV. The space bath is as luxurious as they get, with separate double sinks, an incredible soaker tub, a walk-in shower, and a closet too. Inside is a full laundry room, super fast Wi-Fi, and a 2-car garage. There is also ample parking in the driveway. The backyard oasis comes complete with a sparkling pool, outdoor covered dining for six, spaces to lounge and get some sun, and a beautiful outdoor living room. This massive yard has a large grassy area for yard games and a super fun play swing set for the kids. South Mountain Park and Preserve, at over 16,000 acres, is one of the largest municipal parks in the country. Start a visit at the South Mountain Environmental Education Center, hike, bike, and ride more than 58 miles of trails, or follow the road to the top of the mountain for spectacular views. You can also find some unexpected attractions like Mystery Castle or check out some nearby dining after a hike. Every Sunday, South Mountain observes 'Silent Sunday,' where the park's main roadway will be closed to motor vehicle traffic at the one-mile mark into the park from 5 to 10 a.m. on the first, second, third, and fifth Sunday, and from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the fourth Sunday. During those times, the park's roadways are reserved for non-motorized activities such as walking, cycling, jogging, and hiking. No pets and no smoking are allowed on the premises. The pool is provided as an amenity and is not heated.
