The lease is month to month, however landlord is requesting a tenant who can commit to long term rental (2+ years), and does not allow subletting, interested parties must be willing to submit to a background check and credit check. Utilities: Landlord pays for water, we are responsible for everything else (gas, electric, internet) Description: This 1,000sqft unit has two bedrooms with one bathroom, a large living room, dining room and kitchen. We have more than enough storage closets and custom built in cabinets throughout the apartment. We have laundry in the basement (not coin operated) that we share with the two floors above us (the machines are usually always available to be used). We have a massive basement for storage. We have ALDI directly across the street, Wegmans is 1.5 miles down the road, and Assembly Row is 1 mile away which has Trader Joe's, Starbucks, sweet green, Tatte, restaurants and tons of shops. The apartment is 5 minutes away from Everett and Somerville, where there is a Target, Costco, etc. We are a 10 min drive to I-93 north, a 15 min drive to Charlestown, 15-20 min drive to TD Garden, and 16 mins to Logan Airport.
