The property has a strict maximum occupancy policy, and babies, infants, and children are included in occupancy. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames are allowed in the unit or on the balcony or patio. Due to severe allergies, there are absolutely no animals or pets of any kind allowed, with the exception of a registered service dog.
