For your comfort the home is cooled with central A/C as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom. Living Room: Sink into our large sectional couch and enjoy a movie/show on our Roku Smart TV or even enjoy a game of chess. Kitchen/Dining :The kitchen is fully stocked with items such as: pots & pans, cooking utensils, blender, coffee pot, cutting boards, wine opener, etc. The dining table comfortably seats 4 people, with 3 additional bar stools placed at the kitchen island. You will have access to the bar cart and wine cooler for your convenience. Master bedroom: This bedroom is the total package.Comes with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large soaking tub for relaxation and a walk-in shower. You will have access to the large walk in closet to unpack and organize your belongings. The room is equipped with its own smart TV, and outlets by each side of the bed for your convenience. Enjoy the upstairs loft to do some yoga or even read a book. Additionally, the bedroom is also equipped with its own office/desk area. Lastly, and to sweeten the deal, not only does the master bedroom have its own a/c system but it also has its own double doors to the backyard & direct access to the swimming pool. Guest bathroom: Has a shower/tub combo. Backyard: Our private backyard is a tranquil oasis where you can relax and unwind while sitting at the patio dining table that can seat up to 6 people. Enjoy a game of corn hole or lounge by the pool on our amazing pool loungers. Our outdoor lighting creates a warm ambiance for those peaceful nights where you can relax and unwind under our covered patio with a glass of wine, roast some marshmallows by the cozy fire-pit, or even make some dinner using our outdoor wood fire grill. Pool: Enjoy our 8-foot dive pool with an attached basketball hoop. Garage: Can be used for parking. However, it is equipped with: gym mats to do some at home workouts, 2 yoga mats, a foam roller, & a yoga ball, and golf simulator. The Garage is also air conditioned for your comfort. Parking: We understand the importance of having a secure place to park your vehicle, so we provide access to up to 4 cars in the driveway.
