This is the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable memory foam King size bed and nightstands. All utilities are $100/ month (Wi-Fi, Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash) Parking is available on the street about 500 yards away. Only 2 spots in front. No pets please. We are professionals who sometimes have to work from home and value our peace and quiet. You will be responsible for cleaning your room and bathroom, and any common space that you use, like the kitchen/ LR/DR etc. We take the trash outside for pick up at least once a week. The home is bright and spacious, laundry is shared in the basement, the kitchen and living room are on the middle floor with access to the backyard. We're quiet, clean, friendly, outgoing, and respectful. Lease can be flexible but prefer a minimum of 1 year with option to cancel/ renew with 30 day notice.
