Looking for a roommate to share my beautiful, spacious, quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury apt in La Villita Apt Homes. Bedrooms on opposite ends of apt and you have your own walk in closet and private bathroom. You would actually have the master bath and bedroom as i took the smaller room and bathroom for myself and dont want to move and rearrange. :-) Use of all shared spaces, including washer and dryer in the apt. Apt complex has 2 gyms, a pool, and a business center w/a starbucks coffee machine. Work out classes also offered nightly in the gym. My apt is located by the amenity center with the pool and gym but at the far end so you don't get all the noise. 2nd floor apt with balcony and is fully furnished, other than the bedroom that would be yours. Conveniently situated between both DFW and Love field, 10 minutes to either airport, so great location for flight attendants, pilots, and those that travel frequently. Located off of 635, I-35, George Bush, Riverside drive, and a short 5 minute drive to Hwy 114, Loop 12, and MacCarthur Blvd. Perfect for those working in Las Colinas, North Dallas, Uptown, and Downtown. A block to Campion trail (which you could use if it EVER opens again after the flooding) and also sits on the Lagoon with a walking/running/biking trail around it, which is right outside the apt. I am professional female but open to male or female roommate. I am looking for someone who is mature and responsible. I have an 8-5 office job for a local non profit in South Dallas (although it really turns into 8-8 most days) and frequently travel, so I am not home a lot. As such, I am looking for someone that will be respectful of the space. Be clean. Be quiet as to not disturb neighbors. Adhere to "quiet hours" of the Apt complex, etc. No large parties at the apt, no drugs in the apt (part of the lease I signed...not negotiable, sorry). Occasional overnight guests is fine, but nothing excessive. If bringing a pet, it must meet the requirements of the apt complex, you would need to pay the pet deposit to the Apt Complex (would have to research what that is), and I would ask for an additional $200 deposit for any damages that the pet might cause (carpet stains, scratches, etc. ). You would get both deposits back when leaving if there are no damages. Here is a link to the property and an example of how beautiful the apt is. Rent amount includes all bills, which includes AT&T U-Verse with premium channels (HBO, Starz, and Showtime) and internet. There is no cable to that room and there might be a charge to install cable to your bedroom, if you desire, I would have to check with AT&T on that. That would be your responsibility.
