the basement is unfinished there are no walls no doors main concret flooring, its not a living space. there is no deck to the back door, that door remains locked at all time, 1 step out and a person would fall 11ft on to concrete. there is no fence. there is a elementry here in town for children, however the junior high and high school is in a town north to us (payson ut 84653) also no availible buses to any of the schools. also the closet grocery/dept store is also in payson. 5-7miles away. The home was built in 2001, and no upgrading with the exterior or interior has ever been accomplished.
