The hot tub is heated free of charge, of course. Guest access You will have full access to the entire space and yard, this is not a shared space/house. Other things to note We have very strict outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-8am to respect the neighbors. This is a Scottsdale ordinance. If we receive noise complaints or the police get called to the property you will be asked to leave without being refunded for your stay. We will also charge an additional $500 fine for the noise violation. If you are looking for a place to have a house party or large gathering that exceeds the amount of registered guests on your reservation, please go elsewhere. We do not allow pets. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property.
