We have a townhouse available for rent now (1, 2, and 3-year lease agreement options). The townhouse has a community clubhouse near two golf courses, shopping centers, schools, and 10 minutes from I-5. If you have animals, we may allow up to 2 and they must be below 40lbs and trained. We will collect a separate pet deposit upon signing the lease agreement. We will do a credit and background check on all applicants. The rent deposit, move-in fee, the first and last month's rent will be collected upon signing the lease. The application fee is ~$38 per each adult on the lease (who will live in the house). The application fee includes a background check and each adult must complete the application. We will do a credit and background check on all applicants. Upon signing the lease, the rent deposit and first months rent will be collected.
