Each guest bedroom also has queen sized beds and a shared separate full tub/shower bath. Bedding and towels provided. The fully-equipped kitchen had granite countertops. Appliances include stainless steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven), a coffee maker and toaster. The spacious laundry room includes washer and dryer. Berkshire Lakes is the best-kept secret in Naples. Walk to the carefully maintained tennis courts or bike and hike through trails filled with tranquil Florida pines and lush landscaping. Entertain at the pool house and socialize at the beautiful large community pool, and club house. Or find solitude while lounging at the equally lovely smaller pool right outside your front door. Fort Myers airport is 30 minutes away; major league baseball spring training for the Twins and Red Sox is 40 minutes away. Just 10 to 15 minutes away, you will find upscale shopping and dining on Naples Fifth Avenue or on Third Street Venetian Village. Naples is known for its many golf courses, boating, fishing, shopping, cultural life and miles of clean sandy white beaches. Take day trips to Edisons Museum in Fort Myers, the Everglades, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Sarasota. Disney World is three hours away. Every guest will be provided with an exhaustive list of nearby activities with detailed instructions. You do enough thinking every day. We like to rent to those who want to stay in an updated condo in a predominantly residential community.
