This rental is an end-unit townhome, with quiet neighbors only on one side. We are only moving because we are buying a home nearby, and so are looking for someone to take over our lease (allowed by the management). The carpet was brand new when we moved in October 1st, 2021, and we don't have pets or children so it's still very clean. The location is excellent and the employees working here are both professional and very nice. This is for a four month lease. Perfect for travel nurses or for those wanting to rent in the area but without too much commitment before deciding where to settle down. There will be a standard option to renew after the four months is up. There are standard application and administrative fees. Electric runs about $70 a month and internet is $50 for mid-tier. Plenty of people have pets here although we don't.
