Private room in a 2 bd 1.5 bath condo on the cherry creek bike trail. Quiet community but centrally located. Must be OK with dogs have a 2 year old very friendly female pit mix. LGBTQ+ friendly. No utility fees, would prefer any pets meet my dog first (she loves everyone, just want to make sure it's reciprocated). Must be clean & tidy, chores would be divided.
