Open beam ceiling (no crawlspace, no insulation either). Overall very solid with a lot of deferred maintenance and improvements needed. The mobile is a large Pre Hud double wide in overall decent shape. Needless to say, between the flood plain issues with insurance and the condition this has to be a cash sale. Great setup for extended family. Update: Just had a well/septic inspection. Appears there are some issues with both. More to come
