Rats nest. House destroyed due to negligence to the property. Floods on a yearly basis, all sewer lines have to be replaced. All floor boards are saturated with mold and need replaced. Floor is caving in through the center of the house. Roof leaked from prior 2011 to September of 2016 causing structural damage to the support beams within the roof and water running down into the walls causing electrical power issues within house. Electric only works in half the house.
