The Great Room has beautiful view of Pool & Spa plus La Jolla. Large open kitchen with extra large island. Jenn-Air Double Ovens, Microwave & Refrigerator. Kitchen is stock basic kitchen tools, plates, cutlery, toaster oven, small appliances, storage items, pots & pans. Dining Room Table with 6 chairs & 4 chairs at the large island. 80" TV in Great Room with Streaming Available. Southern Master Suite also has TV with streaming available. Wifi is included and strong. Landscaping & weekly pool service included. Additional deposit required to heat hot tub & pool. This property is just 7 miles to the Beach and Del Mar Race Track, it is also walking distance to the Village and the Rancho Santa Fe Inn & Spa! Really great location to get all over San Diego! Pool & Hot Tub heating are an additional fee. Please inquire on the charges to heat the pool or hot tub during your stay. **Please note that we do only accept a Minimum of 30 and Max of 60 day stay.
