Laundry available on premises. Utilities: Water and trash are provided, tenant pays for electricity. Deposit is estimated at $1800, but will need to be confirmed with management. Lease Reassignment fee of $250/person. Parking pass may be purchased from Berkshire. Lease Renewal may be arranged directly with Berkshire.
