Room is 11.5'X9.5' with 2 closets. Mid-level has large kitchen, open-concept living and dining room, and a half bath/laundry room. Back patio has a grill and fire pit. Front porch looks across the street at a park. Everything but your room is already furnished, though if you have furniture you want to bring we might be willing to switch some of ours out. Some storage space available in the detached garage. Please send me a short description of what qualities you are looking for in roommates. No smoking allowed on the property.
