The rental includes both the one bedroom, one bathroom home, and a 120 square foot on-site storage shed. There is off-street parking in the back, and utilities are included. There is a private patio just outside of the kitchen, where you can enjoy sitting outside. The apartment is fully furnished, and we have tried to include everything you may need for a low-stress, comfortable, convenient rental. This unit is available for both short-term and long-term rental agreements, with all utilities included. There is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the property. This is a pet-free rental. Damages to property will be deducted from the security deposit, which varies based upon length of rental.
