We have a 2 bed 1 bath, ground level Unit available February 1st @ $1015/month! lease term to run through end of July 2026! There would be the option to renew into another 1 year lease at that time! Unit will have brand new carpet, and hardwood lookalike LVT in all vinyl areas! Comes with in unit washer and dryer! The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but it does come with a nice big double sink! Unit comes with off street parking access for 2 vehicles. Tenant will be responsible for Gas and Electric ($150 monthly avg for both). Water and city services included in rent. Unit is within 2 blocks of the University of Wyoming Egineering building! Great central location for campus access. Unfortunately, no pets allowed at this property! Lease runs from February, 2026 to July 29th, 2026. There would also be the option to renew into another 1 year lease at that time provided the first term went well! Our application process is free and can be sent out via email! The application heavily emphasizes current rental history (must have 2 years of recent rental history, or have owned your own home), and Employment. Applications usually take 1 business day to process, and all listed references may be contacted in that time. Upon approval, we require a Security Deposit equal to one month's rent ($1,015) in order to pull the unit off of the market in the applicant's name. We then ask to sign a lease, preferably in person, within 24 hours of that point. There are digital options available if in person isn't an option. The Security Deposit is fully refundable based entirely on Tenant's performance @ moveout! We do ask all departing tenants to have their carpets professionally cleaned by our preferred vendor, as well as to replace drip pans on their stove, out of their own pocket.
