Home purchased in July 2011 from REO - was not a short sale. Neighborhood Description oldest home in our group built in 2007; more than a dozen new homes built in 2012-2013. Seville is a nice, upscale area with parks, basketball and volleyball courts, and nice landscaping. However, the fitness center (swimming pool, tennis courts, work-out facilities) is not included in the maintenance fee that is currently $800 per year.
