(Dogs Ok if per owner is responsible and dog(s) are not destructive). Prefer one year minimum lease. First month and deposit (total is $ 5990 plus any pet deposit) due at signing of lease. Hardwood floors, CENTRAL AIR conditioner and heat, perfect yard with doggie-door allowing pups to enter and exit through the back kitchen door. Even a smart cat can use the doggie door! Windows are double paned glass which keeps in the air conditioning and heat and keeps out the city noise remarkably well. Driveway can fit three cars comfortably and there's also free street parking. Next to coffeshops, Highland Park shops on Figueroa, minutes from downtown, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park and Glendale. Starbucks is literally down the street and close to Habitat cafe, Antigua Coffee on Figueroa, and several cool thrift/antique shops. Home will be unfurnished. The house will be repainted and clean for new tenant. :). It's quite lived in right now (as you see in photos) so you need to imagine it nice and clean and empty it will be a blank canvas for you to make as your home. Back and side yard will be cleaned out for new tenant. :) Lots of green comes back in the spring and summer but the wild flowers and front bushes and roses are currently not in bloom so it won't look as green as in these photos during the winter and early spring. All the potted plants will be gone but you're welcome to create your own greenery! Fruit trees in the back are always in great condition though! Amazing Myer Lemon Tree in the back that provides prolific amounts of lemons almost three quarters of the year including now!. Also a sweet Mango Tree that similarly provides a crazy amount of mangos. A grapefruit tree is in the front yard and that is a smaller tree that provides a few grapefruits during the year. Cypress is a one way that runs north, straight to Eagle Rock. One other thing to mention: the back of one of my neighbor's house was burnt in a fire several months ago and so it's a bit of an eye sore when standing in my home's backyard and looking over the fence. I just mention this because you can see it when standing in my backyard. Neighbors are friendly and kind. We have loved living here and want to find somene else who will enjoy our little California Bungelow. :) Must have stable income and good credit and references. I'm looking for a nice tenant who will treat my home and my kind neighbors like their own. :) I'm anticipating the move-in date for the new tenant will be between February 20th and March 1st . This home currently has installed an ADT full security alarm system which can be turned on for about $25/month. Fridge, washer and dryer, new stove, and central A/C and heat are all included!
