The house has 3 bedrooms; I keep the master bedroom for when I visit, and I have 2 additional rooms to rent. These 2 rooms share one full bathroom. There's also a half bath on the first floor. The house is in a safe gated community with friendly and quiet neighbors. Basically, you and a roommate will be the only ones living in the house; I try to visit about once a month. House Details & Rules You have full access to the house: 1. Living Room 2. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, juicer, plates, cups, utensils, etc.) 3. Washer and Dryer 4. Patio 5. Parking 6. Utilities (water, electricity, wireless internet, cable in living room) 7. No pets allowed 8. No smoking inside the house 9. No Illegal drugs 10. No loud noises 11. Must have some type of health/accident insurance (CCF probably requires this too) You have full access to the amenities of Pembroke Isles: 1. 3 pools including 1 heated lap pool 2. 2 jacuzzies 3. Gym 4. Tennis Facility including 2 tennis courts and 2 racquetball courts 5. Clubhouse 6. Basketball courts 7. Beach volleyball court 8. Soccer field 9. Fishing piers Cleaning This house is bug and insect free so I want to keep it this way. Please don't leave opened food out or dirty dishes overnight. The same goes for bringing food into your bedroom. Please clean as if it were your own home. Please clean up after yourself in all common areas (entire first floor common areas and shared full bath on second floor). Please be respectful and considerate of each other. Transportation Cost The rent is US $1300 a month non-negotiable. I will make your stay comfortable and pleasant.
