This home is located close to the beaches. We are in the process of renovations. I will post more pictures as we complete renovations. The house has central heat and air and it also has 4 mini splits. The garage could be used as a room, as it is air conditioned. The pool service and utilities are not included in rent and this will be at the tenants responsibility. The lease will be 6 months at a time. The house will be furnished with some furniture. All signs, pictures and knick knacks not included. No smoking in the house... renter responsible for weekly pool service... renters responsible for lawn service.
