I am looking for someone to take over my lease. I live in a three bedroom two bathroom apartment. I have two roommate WHO ARE PLANNING ON STAYING! WE also have a washer/dyer inside the apartment.The complex has a pool, gym, sauna, and pretty running paths. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The rent is $720 a month (which includes water and garbage) and then about $50 for bills. Sometimes the bills are less it just depends on the month. Please email me if you have any questions. Thanks!
