This rental is a studio style room. The property owner/manager also lives on the premise. The home is a duplex home. Although the property owner/manager lives on the premise, the rental portion of the house is completely separate. You will have no part in the owner/manager portion of the house. Majority of the time the environment is very quiet. The rental owner/manager is usually always home. You can call him for any questions, comments, or concerns. If the electric goes out, you will still be able to turn on the lights. Safe neighborhood. The house is gated and has nice trees around the premise. The outside ground is gravel. There are automatic lights, so when it is dark, lights turn on so you can see. I have seven super friendly and clean cats on the premise. Well taken care of. No bigs or issues. If you really like cats, my cats can come inside to visit you. The beach is 50 feet from the home and the beach is very chill and friendly. There isn't any big waves and the beach isn't that crowded. There are five washing machines outside near the entrance of the rental. There are two 6 line clothes hangers. If you really need a dryer, a dryer is possible to be installed. The studio has one bathroom with a standing shower, sink, and toilet. There is AC in the studio. the studio room can be locked up. The studio has kitchenette and fridge. Very nice living room space. The studio is on the first floor.
