If you require off-street parking, it may be available but only fits compact cars. Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The beach is a short 3-5min walk away. It's a very quiet local beach where turtles often come to rest. The rent is $2100/month + GE tax which includes water and electricity. Rent and deposit paid in advance. No pets allowed.
