The building also has video intercom, security cameras and looks great inside/out.The F train is less than a 3-5 minute walk. There's a Whole Foods around the corner and not to mention tons of retail, bars, restaurants, parks all close by (you're in the East Village and SoHo is only two blocks away). The street is quite but in the middle of a bustling neighborhood, the East Village.
