    What's special

Hello Everyone, I have a brand new renovation on 2nd Street and 2nd Avenue that is currently under construction and will look amazing in about a week when it's finished. Construction workers are currently in there now putting in new floors, a new kitchen with new appliances etc. Lot's of natural light from all directions. The building is one block from the 2nd Ave F tain and a couple blocks over from the Bleeker Street 6 train. It's an awesone neightborhood with a ton of great restaurants and watering holes in the area. It's on the verge of the Bowery so you can walk to everything in the East Village, Soho, Nolita, Union Square ,Lower East side and Gramercy Park- NYU is walk-able. There is a lot to do in the neighborhood. There is a farmers market in Union Square, a Trader Joes around the corner, a new Whole Foods supermarket, and associated super market, There are two movie theaters one for independent films ( Village east cinemas) and the AMC which has the reclining chairs and foot rests pop up. Theres a Blink gym, and a New York Sports Club very close by. The F is a block away. The 6/J/M/Z/7 trains are all a couple blocks away and the express bus M15 that whisks you up 1st ave thru Gramercy, Murray Hill, to Midtown and also back down 2nd Ave through the Lower East Side ( LES) Chinatown all the way down to South Ferry. Long story short, its a great central location with a lot to do! Feel free to call or text me directly to set up an appointment to view. all the best, James Corcoran
