Gorgeous patio leading to a beautiful shared yard with fire pit. Off-street parking with plentiful street parking for a 2nd car or guests. Sweet neighborhood with side walks and Malvern Hills Park 2 blocks away. 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Laundry is on the same level as the apartment, but located within our home. We're happy to provide access with a little notice or at scheduled times. PLEASE NOTE: Our home is above the garden suite, with kids here half the time. We provide sound machines and ear plugs, but guests rarely seem to need them. Non-smoking unit. No utilities. Pets welcome!
