This property is simply put ''Lights out Good''! I parked the truck at the northwest corner of the property and spent 2 hours walking it and every step I took the more promising the property became. It is easily one of the better properties I have walked in a long time and whoever ends up with this property will no doubt be one lucky person or group. Located just north of New York Mills, this area has been known to produce some show stopper bucks and this property has all the ingredients to produce top end deer. With the perfect mix of food, cover, and water in the form of ponds, rolling oak ridges, interior food plots/open fields and thick tamarack swamp acting as a major sanctuary I am not sure I could draw up a better mix. The deer sign was everywhere and the drone pictures show some of the massive trails leading in and out of the sanctuary. I actually got tired of trying to take pictures of all the rubs and scrapes. The dog flushed about 1/2 dozen grouse, we jumped ducks and geese out of the ponds and heard several Toms thundering off in the distance. There is no doubt a bear or two will call this place home as well. No question about it, if you are a serious hunter and want a top end property then you need to come and look at this one before it is gone!
