Private bed/bath: Four payments of $2085 ($695 a month) payments due June 1st, Aug 1st, Oct 1st, & Dec 1st. Private bed/Shared Bath: Four payments of $1895 ($630 a month) due June 1st, Aug 1st , Oct 1st, & Dec 1st. Shared bed/bath: Four Payments of $1377 ( $460 a month) due June 1st, Aug 1st, Oct 1st, & Dec 1st. Application: To apply, you will need to fill out an application, followed by a link to Transunion Smartmove to complete a credit/background check. The application fee is $40 per person. We do not allow pets, drinking, smoking/vaping, or illegal drugs. Renter's insurance is required. Utilities: Tenants put Logan City bill in their name and split those costs. Tenants pay flat fee of $20/month to cover Dominion Energy and outdoor water usage. WI-FI is included in the rent price.
