Tenant(s) responsible for electricity and other utilities (TV, internet, etc.) Up to 2 pets allowed (however, negotiable in a case-by-case basis)- one time non-refundable $200 pet deposit for each pet. Cats and smaller dogs ideal, however, will consider larger dogs. No smoking allowed in the unit. Credit, background check, and proof of income required ($29 fee on Zillow through the application). References from previous landlords, personal references, and employer references preferred. One year lease available with a $1250 security deposit (and any applicable pet deposits) along with first full months rent due at signing.
