You get a spacious and airy feeling above and a modern feeling from the polished concrete underfoot. The 800 square foot dwelling is efficient and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is appointed with full sized appliances and stocked with everything you'd need to whip up a gourmet meal. We've added a few extras such as a Nespresso coffee maker, Ninja Power Mixer System, Toshiba microwave/airfryer to name a few. Dining table offers expandable comfortable seating for 2-4 people.
